Soak in the tub


When your nerves are frazzled and you're tired
from a hectic workday, a soothing soak in the
tub can give you a mini spa-vacation. A hot bath
with essential oils or Epsom salt can ease sore
muscles. A warm bath with soft scents can help
you get to sleep more easily.

Write yourself a prescription for a half-hour
of personal renewal. Take a long, hot soak in
the tub. Let this be a time to meditate on the
events of your day. Make your bath a time of
rest and renewal.
