Breathe Deeply

Babies breathe naturally and easily,
filling their lungs with air and releasing
their breathe fully. Adults often lose
that sense of ease and openness, taking
more shallow breaths and restricting the
inflow and outflow of breath.

Do you take quick, shallow breaths? That
kind of breathing creates tension. Take
a gentle, deep breath, feeling it reach
down toward your belly. Exhale with an
audible sigh. Did you feel your body
relax as you exhaled?

Sing in the Rain

The day may be gloomy, with dark clouds
and showers. Your mood might match the day.
Light the fires of your heart with a chant,
a hymn of wonder, or even a funny doo-wop
song that makes you laugh. You don't have
to be a great singer to enjoy the benefits
of making music.

When you sing, your whole body resonates
with the sound. You take deeper breaths
and get more oxygen into your system.
Singing can heal your body and give your
spirit a lift. Express yourself and make
melody in your heart. The music will bring
sunshine into your soul.

Soak in the tub

When your nerves are frazzled and you're tired
from a hectic workday, a soothing soak in the
tub can give you a mini spa-vacation. A hot bath
with essential oils or Epsom salt can ease sore
muscles. A warm bath with soft scents can help
you get to sleep more easily.

Write yourself a prescription for a half-hour
of personal renewal. Take a long, hot soak in
the tub. Let this be a time to meditate on the
events of your day. Make your bath a time of
rest and renewal.

Check Your Attitude

How you think about your life can make a
difference in how you experience life. If
you always focus on what you don't have and
what is wrong, you will create more stress
through your frustration and negativity.
Choose instead to focus on what's right
and good in your life. A positive mind-set
helps you develop a lighter, happier attitude
that cushions the bumps in the road.

Set your intentions instead of dwelling on
negative circumstances. A trusting attitude
opens the door for positive change, just as
opening a window allows fresh air to circulate
through a stuffy room.

Manufacturing Companies

Do you work for a manufacturing company? And your
job is to bring new and improved ideas to the table?
Why not do some research and talk to the boss about
Plant Schedule - Manufacturing Scheduling Software.
Sometimes in manufacturing things can
get a little crazy and orders can get messed up, then
you can have unsatisfied customers. What the software
is, is a browser based scheduling system. It can handle
very complex ordering scheduling at an affordable price.
With all the technology now a days software is the
number one key. And a lot of professional in this
industry do not realize that most of the work comes
from the office and the representatives of the company.
Wouldn't it be nice to have software that runs smoothly
and operates without the hassles of glitches and frustration
of employees? That's very important to make money
you have to have the right tools and the right people
working for you. I have worked in manufacturing before
and it's very different than a regular job most of the
times when the computer crashed or when we was finished
with a customers order that was it we were sent home and
didn't know when we would be called back in to work. Work
to improve the workplace of the company and the employees.
Check it out your company might be able to benefit from
this.

Put yourself in time-out

Motherhood is a job with no quitting time. Even
when you fall into bed at night, you can still be
called into action at 2:00 am. A schedule like
this needs the healthy balance of some time
out.

A time-out needs to be more than just five
minutes alone with the bathroom door closed.
It should be a full morning, afternoon, or even
twenty-four hours of doing something you truly
enjoy. Scrapbook, Paint, have a slumber party
with a friend. Take a sack lunch and a good
book to the park - without visiting the playground.
Relax, journal, nap. Both you and your children
will be glad you did.

Love your children's Dad

Being a great mom is important, but it's no
more important than being a great wife. The
more your children witness a loving and
respectful relationship between you and your
husband, the more secure they'll feel.

Motherhood can be both tiring and time
consuming. However, that shouldn't put your
marriage relationship on hold for the next
eighteen years. Schedule regular date nights.
They don't have to be elaborate or expensive.
You don't even have to leave home, if you can
find some privacy. Just be sure to spend time
talking about you as a couple, instead of just
about you as parents.

Celebrate the Little Things

Each new day is worth celebrating. There's
joy to be found even in small, unexpected
places. Get into the habit of joining
together as a family to celebrate the little
things in life - the first snowflake, the
last day of school, a power outage, a
special act of kindness between siblings,
or perseverance through a tough time.

Celebrations don't have to be expensive or
stress-inducing. They can be as simple as
a picnic by the fireplace during a thunder-
storm or a hurrah-for-you note tucked in
your child's lunchbox. The key is making
memories you can share.

Bring Nature Indoors

You don't need fancy or expensive things to beautify
your home and give you pleasure. Stones found in a
riverbed, an elegantly curved conch shell, or a colorful
bouquet of spring flowers can bring nature indoors,
offering a seasonal selection of color and variety for
little or no cost.

Reconnecting to the rhythms of nature helps you slow
down and connect to the elemental rhythms inside
yourself. Paper-white narcissus blooming on a winter
window still remind you of the season's of blossom
in your life. The restful green of houseplant makes a
corner of your home more welcoming.

Emphasize Style over Fashion

Fashion dates you, but style is timeless. Fashion
is the miniskirt or the mohawk you sported in
high school. Style is the way you approach life
as an adult. Instead of cluttering your closet
with trendy clothes that are here today and
nowhere tomorrow, enjoy a few classic pieces
that take you through the years.

Style is about simplicity and being comfortable
in your own skin. The man or woman of style
doesn't need to impress. Style is who you are,
not just what you wear. Let your style come not
from current trends but from the inner person
of you.

Live with what you love

That ugly lamp was a mistake when you bought
it, and it hasn't improved with time. An
uncomfortable chair is a family heirloom,,but
you can never bring yourself to sit in it. It's
time to clear your home of things you don't
like.

Fill the rooms with things you love instead.
You will be happier and more peaceful when you
do. Just as comfortable and flattering clothing
makes you feel your best, so beauty and order
create an elegant simplicity in your home.
Before you bring anything into your home, ask
yourself,"Is this beautiful? Is it useful? Do
I love it?

Recharge your spiritual batteries

You expend energy every day. Work demands your
best effert, people need your attention, and
chores pile up like autumn leaves. You dream
of a simpler life, but the complications of
everyday living get in the way.

Though you can't escape to a deserted tropical
island, you can find an oasis of calm and comfort.
Realize that taking time to recharge your
spiritual batteries will help you better cope
with the challenges of life. Set aside some time
each day for yourself and allow to refill your
strength and energy.

Rescue Discarded Treasures

My grandmother always said,"One man's trash is
another man's treasure." Hunt for treasure at
yard sales, flea markets, Goodwill, or other
places that recycle what others can no longer
use. Even if your bargain used dresser doesn't
turn out to be a valuable antique in disguise,
you will have the pleasure of finding new uses
for an old and beloved belonging - the essence
of simple living.

Rescuing discarded treasures mirrors what you
do with your life. Instead of discarding that
which is still useful, know the quality and
worth that lies beneath the scratched surface.

Spend Reflective time alone

A workable strategy for remaining productive
over the long haul is to balance busy times
with downtime. Create space in your schedule
for personal reflection, time to think about
life. Let go of the schedules and agendas of
the day. Allow yourself some time to day-dream,
to mull over the events of the day, and to
review your priorities.

Set aside regular times for contemplation.
Quieting your heart and listening allows you
to access wisdom. Time taken for reflection
refreshes your spirit, allowing you to step
back and see the larger picture.

Budgeting for Christmas

Christmas is one of every body's favourite times of year,
but it can also be one of the most expensive. Most people
want it to be a special and happy time, and are willing to
pay for the little luxuries that make Christmas what it is,
but they usually don't want to spend the rest of the year
paying for it. While a normal family Christmas will invariably
cost a little extra, you can avoid financial hardship by some
simple budgeting before hand.

One of the best things you can do is start planning for
Christmas expenses early. Don't leave everything to mid
December when you have to pay for it all on credit card,
start buying tree decorations, wrapping paper, Christmas
cards and some gifts a month or two in advance. This way
they'll be paid for before Christmas even arrives and take
some of the financial pressure off the couple of weeks when
you really want to be focused on your family and loved
ones and not on your credit bills and other worries.

Also, bare in mind that budgeting does not mean leaving
out all the things that make Christmas special. What it
means is sitting down before hand and deciding n each
thing. A little care and thought can make a big difference
to your finances when the bills start coming in, in January.

Budgeting doesn't have to mean that you eat bread and
water on Christmas day, but simply that you've decided
before hand how much you can splash out on a family feast,
and then stick to it.

Is Data Entry work for you?

Okay I have a question, what exactly is data entry work?
How does one get into it? Is it an actual profession,
meaning something you do for the rest of your life,
or is it simply a stepping stone on the road to bigger
and better things? I can't say I know anyone who went
to college to study data entry, or a four year college
or a community college. But, I mean people do it obviously,
there are now entire companies devoted solely to
providing this service. Data entry work, it sounds
almost depressing though doesn't it. I mean is it really
anything more than that, data entry? The name seems
pretty self explanatory. I know lots of people do this,
but how do they get these jobs?
