Get your beauty sleep!


A calm spirit in a rested body is a beautiful
thing. Are you getting enough sleep, or do you
try to cram too many things into each day? If
you're tired, frazzled, and over committed, it's
time to cut back on your busy schedule and make
time for the things that count.

Hours of sleep before midnight are more rejuvenating
so an earlier bedtime can pay off in greater
energy during the day. If you are not getting
enough sleep, decide to modify your habits. If
you make restful sleep a priority, you'll
reap energetic and spiritual benefits.
