Know your childrens friends

You're careful to teach your children right
from wrong, and you are careful to be an
example you'd be proud for them to follow.
You're not your children's only teacher,
though. Your children's friends influence
your children every time they're together.

While you can set some limits on whom your
children spend time with and what they do
together, it's not your job to handpick
they're friends. The best way to guide your
children toward positive relationships is
by getting to know and love their friends.
The more your children's friends sense your
genuine concern for them, the less they'll
be tempted to do anything you'd disapprove of.
