Take stress breaks


When your day feels hectic and out of control,
it's vitally important to give yourself simple
time-outs for stress relief. Escape from the
office for a brief walk. Drink a glass of water
or fruit juice. Renew your energy with exercise.

It's easy to get caught up in a fast paced
environment and forget to take care of your
own needs. But including simple breaks in your
day can refresh your body, renew your perspective,
and replenish your spirit.
