know it, it's gonna be summer. The hot days
of sweating and feeling miserable. One thing
to do to be prepared before summer does get

sitting in the house uncomfortable and miserable.

Prioritize

Everybody's schedule seems to be packed
nowadays. And everyone seems to be over-
whelmed with everything that has to be
accomplished. You have so many worthwile

But if you are frazzled by trying to keep
up with your own busy schedule, the things
that are most important tend to get lost
in the shuffle. Call a time-out and reexamine

Clear your schedule

When your're healthy and able to keep your
commitments, having a whole day for yourself
seems like an impossible extravagance. Yet
if you became sick and unable to meet your
obligations, you would have no choice but
to clear your schedule. Taking a day off is
a prescription for keeping priorites straight
and celebrating the simple joys of life.
